Abstract

The very narrow spectrum of medicines is used in the capacity of antihypertensive therapies during pregnancy. It doesn`t meet up-to-date requirements of cardiology and uses in connection with their proved safety for a fetus and further development of the child. Such medicines according to the literature are Methyldopa and Clonidine. The purpose of our research was the estimation of results of treatment of arterial hypertension at pregnant women by Methyldopa in a daily doze of 750 mg and Clonidine in a daily doze of 0,15 mg on data of 24-hours monitoring of blood pressure.
